| Senior Mechanical Integrity Engineer
Director level Facility/Production/ Operations Role - concentration on mechanical integrity Our client a leading E + P production company is seeking an experienced Director level role to assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of a major Gas Mechanical Integrity (MI) program. In the key management role, you will aassist in the development, implementation and maintenance of a major Gas Mechanical Integrity (MI) program. Ensure that the developed MI procedures, processes, systems and practices provide continued integrity of the business unit facilities for their required operational life. Act as discipline expert and consultant to State business units in respect to MI requirements including day to day production operations, inspection, testing and remediation techniques, technology identification, best practices sharing, failure and root cause analysis. Participate and contribute as an MI expert in Peer Assists, Reviews and Audits. |
| Required Qualifications: |
| • Position requires a high degree of competency in people skills and listening skills, both of which are aimed at getting the best performance out of the team. • Technical knowledge of multi-engineering disciplines to ensure overall MI knowledge • Track record of identifying new technologies and innovative techniques • Degree in Engineering discipline with minimum 15 years’ experience and with minimum 10 years’ experience in the Mechanical Integrity and in-service inspection of operational facilities covering plant, field equipment and pipeline gathering systems, (with direct experience in MI management of numerous widespread field satellites, tank batteries and associated non-regulated pipelines.) • A thorough knowledge of Federal, State and code requirements, in-service Mechanical Integrity methods and techniques. |
