Senior Reservoir Engineer Jobs Texas TX

Our client, a leader in the Oil and Gas Industry is seeking to add an experienced Senior Reservoir Engineer to their staff. This key position will be responsible for the following:
· Reservoir management including volumetrics, material balance and pressure transient analysis to estimate reserves and characterize various reservoirs
· Perform nodal analysis studies to identify appropriate artificial lift methods to optimize production
· Perform decline analysis and reserve determination
· Complete economic runs to determine the viability of various farm out and acquisition scenarios
· Coordinate core analysis and PVT analysis on developing plays
Experience and skills required:
· BS in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
· Minimum of 15 years of industry experience with a minimum of ten years in applicable reservoir engineering positions and duties.
· Must be able to work autonomously and identify and execute various reservoir projects
. Must also be able to work in conjunction with production and drilling departments in identifying drill candidates and well optimization candidates
· Experience with WIM, Prosper, Aries and Powertools and other applicable reservoir software a strong plus
