PROBLEM SOLVING:  Major International Oil Company’s team leader with the Alameda county environmental lawsuit, effectively reducing company $11MM lawsuit claim by a County to $150M. LEADERSHIP: Supervised multiple sourcing teams responsible for capital investment development and company growth. Directly responsible for financial performance of investments with an asset value of $125 MM. Utilizing cost savings and revenue generation, increased income by 16.6% in the first year and 37% in the second year.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Identified, acquired the land, contracted with an other company and other sub-contractors, and supervised the construction and contract fulfillment of two new ground-up projects each consisting of approximately 177,000 of square feet of commercial and industrial space.

Manager – Support Management Strategic Petroleum Reserve              

Responsible for leadership, strategic planning and development of site personnel. Accountable for the day-to-day business operations at the Strategic Petroleum Reserve site. Direct reporting departments are: Financial/ Site Budget, Procurement, Training, Human Resources, Property, and Planning and Scheduling requirements.  The SPR stores 727MM barrels of crude oil.
